create a module

i would like a custom module to work with rapidswitch api [login to view URL] there is a full php api & test api access to ensure all is working, it just needs converting to a module. Admin can assign the client the server reference (IS number), then client can do the following View Bandwidth Graphs, Power Cycle, KVMoIP Request, Recovery Session, Modify RDNS, Display assigned ips, Show monitoring logs also all actions sent from the client via API must be logged locally. Admin will be able to issue same commands via admin panel aswell. Id like the project completing asap in a realistic timescale DONT SAY 2 days and its gonna take 2 weeks, any lateness will result in payment price being reduced by 5% per day of lateness. ALL PAYMENT WILL BE VIA FREELANCER only bid if you have created or worked on whmcs modules before and have a understanding of how things work. As i have other projects straight after. (I will not release milestones until some work has been shown so don't ask for release payment at the start before work has even started you must be able to show a preview on your own server)
