Developpement of a Google Chrome Extension

We require a provider with experience in browser extension development to port our project draft in a Chrome extension. The extension is relatively simple, but it need some strong capabilities to make a robust code. it polls our server at a regular intervals to check some parameters (profil members, votes, messages/votes from theirs friends...). We need also someone with a robust knowledge in API system or used to worked with NodeJS or similar approach. All the Data will be stored in NoSQL Database. All the setting interface will be loaded from our server. if the latest version of our javascript code has been loaded to the local storage and updates it if required. The project tasks will include the following: 1) To port the extension to the latest version of all the other mentioned browsers. 2) Register developer app id's where needed and ready each extension for publishing. 3) Provide the source code and documentation of the extension. With regards to the development of the Chrome extension you will be using a JS framework to complete the job.
