I am assuming you like to have the plugin developed in multithreading environment where connectivity and message send receive from EPP server will be very fast. I am developing currently EPP client for a U.K based client .,there are lot of things need to take care for a complete EPP client .So my solution is costly than your budget My proposed solution: 1) connect with EPP server with SSL connection with BSD socket 2) implement 4/5 threads to connect with EPP server 3) get the DAC esponse first . 4) if domain available, send EPP sever request for registration. and after getting the response,work on other feature mentioned by you.
