I am looking for a freelancer who has a lot of experience with this site to write full details in an organized way (MS Word, Excel, etc) on the bidding process for this ([url removed, login to view]) site. I am looking for the main features and do not require “add-on” elements (eg. Sponsored bids).

Some of the information is easily available on the FAQ but I would also like info that is backend eg. System processes, email notifications, etc.

Here are some of the things I am looking for:

- Complete process in stages – what happens when

- Post – fields and limitations

 - # of categories/fields selectable

 - Category variables

 - Who gets notifications about new job?

 - How many freelancers get notifications (eg. everybody who qualifies?)?

- Other limitations:

 - Bid limitations

 - How long posted?

 - What happens after post expires (on site, for freelancers, employers)?

 - selectable # of categories for freelancers

 - How many freelancers can the employer select?

- Messages to freelancer / employer per stage (detailed) & frequency

- System functions

- Etc.

Again, I am looking for a very detailed list and will ask you to redo parts if I find it is incomplete. With your bid, please comment on the job description so I know that you're not sending me automated bids.

I look forward to hearing from you.
