Create New PHP MVC modules to an existing small pm system

I purchased a small project management system that manages clients and projects. The I need to expand that system with new modules to add more functionality. ## Deliverables The system has 3 roles Admin, Client and Projects I need to add 3 roles called Super Admin, Partner and Designer ? Currently by default there is 1 admin role which can add clients, projects and other admin accounts ? Only admins can add clients and projects and every admin has access to all clients and projects In the new configuration overview ? The Super Admin role will act as site wide authority with unrestricted access ? The new Partner role will be able to add clients and projects but only have access to the clients and projects that they've added. ? The Designer role will be able to view public projects and add files to projects Detailed Role Actions CRUD (Create Read Update Delete) Super Admin ? CRUD accounts and projects, clients Admin ? CRU accounts and projects, clients Partner Role ? CRU projects, and clients created by Partner Role Designer Role CRU files and uploaded to projects I will require clear concise documentation on the modules. The documentation will show: 1. What the modules are 2. How the modules work 3. How the modules are called 4. How the modules work Look at the sample documentation I will narrow my choice of developers to 3 and provide access and details.
