Convert a single-user PHP system to a multi-user system

I have a PHP web-app which already works fine. It's a scheduling application for appointments. For instance scheduling appointments for a doctor's office.
It is designed for a single user. I need it converted to a multi-user system.
So for example, it contains only a single table of appointments. So you will need to add a table of offices, and add a column to the appointments table to associate each appointment with a particular office. Then the code will need modifications so that each logged-in user is associated with a particular office.
The code is quite clean MVC code. If this first project goes well there will be more work adding features to the system.
