Convert Actionscript 2 to Actionscript 3 for eLearning course for iPad/iPhone ultimately

I have an elearning course written in Actionscript 2 I need converted to Actionscript 3 so it can be delivered ultimately, on the iPad/iPhone. The complete source is available and i am readily available by phone, email and chat for any questions as development proceeds. The training contains 69 pages of content, with the majority of your effort being in 4 code files, which use the _global api that was available in Actionscript 2. I am a programmer very familiar with AS2, but not with AS3, and I understand the majority of how this system works in AS2, so I can be consulted as needed. I expect the core system can be ported by an experienced AS2/AS3 developer in no more than 8-12 hours. Deliverables include all source code, both FLAs (CS3 or newer) and AS files, and a working version of the course. No 3rd party controls/libs should be used without prior consent. Thanks!
