Hi,
by default Elastix Call Center give you a basic integration with vTiger, only retrieving data and displaying on agent console.
With vTiger is possible make calls inside it
Both items can be accomplished by configuration
Others items:
- Convert succeed calls into leads. We assume the data you store via call center forms is what you want to register to vTiger.
We can provide you with a solution that cover all items listed, in two working days, If time is a priority in one day can be done the first two items,and later continue with the others items and news if you like.
Required Information and acces:
- version of Call Center module.
- Asterisk version (if it has been upgraded)
- vTiger version.(if it has been upgraded)
- Remote access http and ssh, or if you prefer we do the developed on our local machines and then we just provide files to update.
- All items to be make, have to been placed into paper and accepted.
