Auto processing to online portal

Good Afternoon, a bit about what we do. We currently manually upload customers details from an excel sheet to a online web portal. Once the orders are loaded we then have to manually check the status of them every few hours. As you can imagine this is a very tedious task and as such we would like to have a desktop application that could auto submit the orders for us, as well as auto update the order status on a regular basis. What we are looking for: A desktop application that could submit orders and auto update the status of an order once it has been received. Our existing process is as follows: Sales Agents manually write customer details and purchase options into a master excel sheet ready for processing. Admin staff manually log into the web sales portal and copy / paste the details provided by the sales agents into the required fields on the portal to process the order. Once admin staff have completed the manual submission process the web portal generates a unique order ID and confirms the order has been received, we then copy the order ID back into our master sheet and mark it as Order Rec.. (This gives us acknowledgement that the order has been processed) Orders can then take anything from 1 hour to 48 hours to show an updated status. ie. Order Completed, Issue being resolved, customer details invalid, Order pending , Not Due until..etc etc) Our master sheet at present has several tabs, [login to view URL] Orders for Processing [login to view URL] Orders (i.e Order Rec, but shows as incorrect details on the portal) [login to view URL] Orders (Order has been finalized and shipped out to the customer) [login to view URL] Orders [login to view URL] Orders (Submitted, waiting to be shipped, pending date etc) This means that we have to constantly allocate admin staff to manually check back through the status and update / correct orders as the issues arise. we create a new master sheet each Month, any orders that are still in 'pending' or 'Issue' from the previous month will get moved into the new months Master sheet. If we have exhausted all attempts to rectify issues we manually delete the orders. What we would like from you: The application should be able to read / write to a Monthly Master Sheet, copy and move the orders into the required tabs in line with status updates from thew web portal. It would also be a huge benefit to us if we could have the option for the program to auto run at a time we choose (i.e for weekends, out of hours works). Auto run the submitted Order ID's back through the portal on a regular basis to keep the order status as up to date as possible. Once an order has been 'Completed' it does not need to be rechecked. Just moved into the correct tab. Sometimes customers ask for specific dates that the order be processed, so the ability to identify the correct date which the order should be processed. Ideally the programs front end will show us specifics on the volume of orders that have been set as 'issues (within last 46 days)' as well as 'New Issues' (within the last 72hrs) so we can look into them and amend accordingly. Have the ability to move orders into the correct tabs. update the orders and archive the previous months for review. We need to be able to work on the issue orders, so the ability to amend the details in the fields if required. Happy to answer all questions you have regarding this. Look forward to your responses.
