Audio Player creation

I am in need of an audio player based upon the Soundmanager 2 API, the documentation is available here:- [login to view URL] The brief is as follows:- - Player must display a waveform of the song 'before' it has been played similar to the look of the 'Soundcloud player'. - Have standard player control (play/pause etc.) - Work well within ajax page navigation. i.e. must have a way to initialize it after a page load that binds it to the elements etc. Further details can be provided. Styling is not critical as due to the way the soundmanager 2 API works it should all be style-able through CSS by myself after the player is created. This job is for what is described above... However the use of the soundmanager 2 API provides a good developer with the ability to add meta data, that is the potential to add time based comments (meta data is stored in standard html list tags and given a 'time' within which they should appear) see the soundmanager 2 demo's for more detail. If a developer feels he would be capable of adding a time based 'commenting interface' to the player using this API then the price offered for the project will increase substantially. I will be accepting quotes for both as I am unsure how difficult this second component would be to complete.
