Array Form

I have a form that I need to modify so that I have Array checkboxes instead of lots of drop down boxes. My Form needs to do the following: On my add links form I need array check boxes that once selected and submitted will post to the database On my modify links form I need the array check boxes to be remembered so that I dont need to recheck however they also need to be able to change in the database if the check boxes are reticked for another option. I need the data to be exploded on a page so that I can work with the options. If you could place each one in a href template then that would be good. My form is already being used on my website so I need you to use the existing template provided and not make too many changes that will break my site. I only need you to work with my existing code. I will upload all files back to my own server. I have attached a template of my code for you to work with.
