ASP.NET VB 3 Pages Developement with Telerik

We have a small work to complete. Please have a look at the attached document. All items with are checked are already completed. All items with are unchecked need to be done. The work have to done on our developement-pc via remote-desktop. Here we have there an english VisualStudio 2010 and Telerik 2012 Q3 and SQL-Server and the WebServer. The work is completed when all items are developed, the pages are implemented and tested on the webserver. We're planning to make a bigger project in 2012 and 2013 also. So we're interested in a long term partnership.
