I'm looking to pull data from Amazon MWS into my backend finance software. I want to integrate Amazon orders into Phreebooks (written in PHP) and have inventory levels automatically synced. Phreebooks is using a mysql database engine so you must be comfortable with this. I also want to be able to enter items into inventory on Amazon and have the items synced down to Phreebooks. I want tracking numbers to be added to sql database as well along with orders. All code must be properly commented so that I can review logic and you must have your own Amazon mws account and sql database to test with.

This can be done by writing a small PHP script on your system integrated with Amazon MWS API as well. So, the order can be downloaded by passing RequestReport() function to Amazon MWS API, and Amazon will response back with the report file which we can parse it and place to your MySQL database or directly passed to your Phreebooks system.
