mp3 player in flash or jquery + interface + plugin

I want someone to create an mp3 player, either in flash or jquery, 1-2 nice graphics for the player to be used when it'd be displayed online through a wordpress' widget. Thus the ideal coder should be able to - write in flash or jquery - have access to a graphics designer for the graphics of the player - write in php/MySQL for the WP Plugin Please bid only if you are available right now and if you have created something similar in the past - also add the URL if possible.
