I am looking for someone to create a dictionary glossary/acronym site. Should be very basic.

The design will be simple. I just need:

- Simple search for terms like they have.

- A way for users to submit new terms/acronyms.

- Take my template and add it. Very simple template, it's attached.

- Term or acronym of the day on the home page.
