Custom App Request and Rating Web Application

We are looking a custom ASP.NET web application using WCF services for app requests and ratings.

## Deliverables

Project Scope:

We are looking a custom ASP.NET web application using WCF services. The site is an app request and rate web site.

1. The developer must use ASP.NET 4.0 Framework.

2. The developer must provide a MSSQL database to store all data. Upon delivery, a backup file or database script of the database must be included.

3. The developer must provide WCF services (attached a separate ASP.NET application). The WCF service will serve a portal for all database transaction for the site.

4. The developer must provide an ASP.NET application using MVC design pattern. The developer may choose which MVC Framework to use.

5. All AJAX scripts must use JQUERY.

6. The developer must provide CSS, AJAX Scripts and HTML that is compatible with IE7 or higher, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Apple Safari.

7. The developer must include a minimum of 3 WebEx meetings, kick-off meeting, progress status meeting, and final delivery meeting. The developer is encouraged to schedule additional meetings for any Q&A sessions through Skype or WebEx.

8. The developer must deliver the entire project including source code. If Visual Studio was used, the solution is desired.

9. We require up to 5 business days to fully test the final project before we accept delivery.

Features\Requirements:

1. Database Structure

a. The developer is encouraged design the database. To illustrate the database structure, we provided sample database files in the attachments. However, the sample database was not optimized. The developer is required to make performance optimization.

b. The database must be created using MSSQL. A backup file or a database script must be part of the deliverable.

2. WCF Services

a. WCF services must handle all communication from the ASP.NET web application and the database.

b. All database transactions must be done through [url removed, login to view] (the entity framework).

c. No membership security is required.

d. All HTTP requests must be disabled (including the metadata GET). Only HTTPS requests are allowed.

e. All responses and returns must be formatted using REST and JSON formats.

3. ASP.NET Application

a. 5 pages must be created.

b. The application must be created using the MVC design pattern.

c. AJAX features are required. Details are given in the attachment.

d. CSS must be provided. Details are given in the attachment.
