Auction Site for 2012

Hi, Looking to do an auction site for 2012 for new client. Would be similar to ebay or other similar sites and have I a few old and new scripts just not sure how to install and update and edit things, if you do let me know and we can strike a deal and have an ongoing relationship as it would need maintaining on a weekly basis so a full time position and this would suit an INDIVIDUAL/STUDENT type person someone with time to listen to details and work in there own time to complete the project as per what we agree upon prior to commencing any work at all we need to be sure that all aspects are covered in details firstly. To the type of person we are looking for this would be a very good earner and on an regular (weekly) basis so for someone like mentioned above this could makethings better for them in the short and long term once this kicks off as planned. Price is going to have to be reasonably cheap as it is for another client and i am doing work on this project also all apart from the scripting that i do not do well All REASONABLE bids welcome. Will pay for results for example you do some work show it correctly as advised get paid via Western Union or bank wire paypal however you want it really, do some work sho the proff get paid in instalments after all you wont build this in a few hours it will take at least a week or two if not longer and then the ongoing adjustments for extra payments if this is not acceptable or use Escrow via freelancer after havng been ripped off in here before.
