The problem is that after changing the administation panel password everything was ok since the next day.
i try to change manually the password from cpanel PHPmyadmin but still could not access the admin panel.
You have to good knowledge PHP, PHPmyadmin , and PHP codeigniter before you bid on this project.
Please be sure that you can fix the issue 100%
