customize new wiki with mediawiki

I am looking for an experienced Mediawiki programmer to help me customize a wiki website for homeschoolers. The likely user/contributor will be a homeschooling mom who is interested in the subject but likely not technically savvy. As a result,I am looking to build and extremely user-friendly wiki, andI am looking to use many of the user-friendly features that exist on wikihow.com. When bidding, please post links to websites (preferably wikis) you have created layouts for in the past, or, preferably, a link to a portfolio of your work. Additionally, please provide any details that describe your insight into this project. It must be incredibly easy for the end user to post or edit comments (see [login to view URL]) and it must have this same "easy of use" feel that this site has to it. This will include: 1. Easy Category Management 2. Breadcrumbs 3. Easy Posting of Wiki Articles 4. Easy editing of posted wiki articles 5. Easy enrollment of new wiki contributors 11 Posting of article content to homeschooling blogs either with some automation or manually.
