well i would like to have a complete chat program made, much like the paltalk client made by avm softwares..
itll have buddylists, groups, private messaging, bans, bounces, red admins, admins, all of that, i would like to have all fo the options of the paltalk client in this thing, if you need to see paltalk please go to [[url removed, login to view]], they are very much used and is one of the biggest chat clients i have ever seen, many many many users and options, i would like my program to eb a lot like this with more or less options, i can help out with graphis n all im just not this experienced in visual basic programming at this point in time, i am willing to pay greatly for the person/people that can get this project done promptly, i can give out websites, reseller servers, hosting accounts and money for the people who can get this project done for me, chat clientis caleld global talk, we used cryptim for the lastest versions but we got tired of using it so now we come here hoping to find someone who can make a chat program much like the paltalk client.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
