C# Developer for WCF File Storage (URGENT)

Need you to build a C# WCF service that can run on AppFabric and provide file storage and retrieval services to my web app. It will run on its own server store files locally, they will be organized by Firm -> Client -> Filename Transactions will be authenticated by storage on a MongoDB server so MongoDB experience is required. The ASP.NET MVC web site will provide details and a session cookie that will need to be authenicated against the MongoDB. File will be encrypted and decrypted using key from MongoDB.
