Custom Wordpress Theme

I need to replace the theme on [login to view URL] It is too big and is running too slow. I would like a similar custom built wordpress theme. It can go a bit more shiny and modern if you like but it should still have this kind of girly feel. If you can use similar colors as well that would be great. I would like this to be a three collumn theme if possible. I would like to be able to put ads and rss feeds in both the left and right collumns. The middle will be dedicated to the posts that I create. The plugins that are already installed should still work and we currently have it wear the google ads show up on the first two posts of each page.
