Currency Exchange/ payment processor

The General scope of this project is to create a combination Currency exchange & Payment processor as one site.? This requires intergration with 1 or 2 outside payment processors.? The currencies are VIRTUAL and will therefor have SET values and will not flucuate or need an outside connection for current prices.? The solution will also act as a payment processor for other sites and will therfor need an API that can be plugged in to these sites. A complete description with a flow chart is available to interested coders.? Price is flexible but NOT Big Budget as it is only a project for use with virtual mmorpg games. ## Deliverables Each client will need to be able to access an account with several different avatars - these avatars will be verified in person before any withdrawal from the website is allowed.?
