Creating the mysql structure (I've lost) starting from some php file of a website.

I tranferred my website from my old hosting company to a new one. The old hosting company provided me a backup of all my website, but now that I moved the website from the old webspace to the new one I realized that the old hosting company did not provided me the copy of the mysql database. I did not created my website and the web-editor who did it is not reachable, so I need you to analize my php file to create the DB and related tables. So you have to : 1) - create db/dbs , tables and fields 2) - check the everyhing? of the point 1) to be 100% bug free. 3) - check again (it's better if you check everything in a webserver with ? ? ? ? ? mysql? daemon even locally before posting the job as complete) In the website there are about 80/90 php files? .
