Create html email templates

We need two html templates creating for the purpose of sending mailouts that look like our website. These templates should be in line with best practice for the creation of html emails, including the use of tables and inline CSS. Please take a look at our website at [login to view URL] This is the basic layout: we wish to retain the large header graphic, and the row of 7 link buttons as the header of the email. Please also retain grey borders and background colour. We also need to select a font that is similar to be used in email without using font-face as we have done on the website. We then need two versions: a single column version with one large space to insert text, and a 2-column version, similar to the webpage, with a large space for text and a narrower sidebar. The bottom of the template will include larger versions of the Twitter and Facebook buttons currently found in the header. We then need a separate footer for text-based html info. We will be using these templates to send mail via CampaignMonitor and Mailchimp, and we'll test using these prior to acceptance. Any questions, please email.
