There is a project called [imgseek][1], that performs "wavelet analysis" on uploaded images and stores these image hashings in a database. The server allows PHP, Java and Python clients to make queries of uploaded images to it. These uploaded images are themselves run through the hash and the best match ID numbers are returned to the client, which can in turn go fetch from another database (?) and display the IDed images.
I would like PHP code for 4 or so pages to be made for our stamp dealer site at <[login to view URL]> The pages will allow users to get collectible stamps from France and China identified, by returning and displaying similar matches to uploaded stamps. I would also like users to be able to upload their own images, and to annotate these images, changing the stamp picture metadata or changing a separate but connected text file. I would also like users to be able to browse and search through already existing images for file name and metadata keywords using conventional text image searching and to be able to annotate any of these images at will.
