Changes to Google Maps PHP Scripts

I need changes to an existing PHP script which displays markers on a Google map of the UK which are read as latitude and longitude from a SQL 2005 database. The user can click on a marker and this displays a dialog box with some infotmation from which the user can zoom into the map. The change I need is to add a tab to the information dialog to display some comments from the SQL 2005 database (when available) and to overlay some kml files that I have. I have a prototype site that the developer can use prior to the changes going live. Please only apply if you can demonstrate work on **very** similar projects.
