Blackjack commputer program

I require a quotation for a computer program that will play Blackjack. There are 340 possible combinations of three cards when a Blackjack hand is dealt. ? One card to the Dealer face-up and two cards to the Player. Depending on the combination of the three cards dealt the Player has a choice of Standing, Hitting (drawing another card) , ? sometimes being allowed to Double his or her ? hand (Doubling the stake of the bet) ? but only may draw one more card and Splitting on a pair and playing two hands. Provided the Player never makes a wrong move the odds against are reduced in the Players favour. The computer program would always select the correct move and would bet that providing this is done, the House would not win seven hands in a row. As there are approximately 900 searches made a day on the word ‘Blackjack’ the market place for such a program must be very strong. I will supply the 340 correct moves and basic structure for the program.
