I am looking to launch a social networking site. I envision a "task" site where there are two basic sets of users/user options. One is the ability to post a request of something and the price parameters they are willing to pay. The other is the ability to list one's availability for such requests and make bids for fulfillment of the request. I also would like to have an escrow function to the site to engender trust in the site and protect users. ## Deliverables As is likely clear, my level of technical knowledge is not great. However, I have an idea that I would like to develop. A coder familiar with social networking and freelancing site programming is ideal, as this site will fall within that purview. Because I intend to launch my site as a business, privacy, e-commerce, and user friendliness are very important. As well as is respectfulness and clarity of expression. Thanks for your consideration.
