Authorize.net CIM Implimentation

[login to view URL] recently released a new module called CIM which allows for variable recurring billing as well as customer credit card information to be stored with them, thus moving the PCI compliance burden on to [login to view URL] I would like a set of web pages to be implemented that can be used to interact with the [login to view URL] CIM system. I would like this to be a standalone back end billing system as well as the ability to easily integrate the system with existing websites. ## Deliverables We would additionally like the software to have a phone home feature of some sort to track it's usage out on the internet to ensure our customers are not using the software without paying for the license. How this is implemented is up for discussion.
