Businesses will use PayPal to purchase a listing on the site. When a user accesses the site they will see a map of the state (one) with the counties shown. They will click on a county and will see the categories of listings (about 4-6 categories) and they will select the category. They will then be automatically matched with a business (selected by the computer on a rotating basis). User will then accept or decline the business; if declining, they must state the reason. User needs to receive an automated email confirming the business selected. An email also needs to go to a third party. The administrator neede to pull reports of transactions.
