Animated replayer for poker hands

I will try to elaborate more on how we would use our handreplayer; ? First of all, it will be a browser based replayer. (no download needed) We imagine something similar to this <[login to view URL]> ? We want users to be able to upload their handhistories (se later in bid request for excample)? from our webpage (php) and the system will transform it into an animated handreplayer like the one shown above. ? The table will be designed to match our own design, and not be the pokersites design. ? We would like the handreplayer to support 2 poker rooms handhistory formats to begin with. (see later in bid request for excamples) ? If needed we can find another coder to do the actual design job for the bid winner. ? I hope this explained a little better what we are looking for. ?
