I am looking for someone who is knowledgeable in all areas of web design and development.
Especially, I want someone knowledgeable in PHP, HTML/CSS standards, able to recommend hosting options also. With good knowledge of producing standards-compliant, SEO code.
You must be fluent in English.
I am looking for a freelancer.
For this job, I do not want to deal with an account manager or project manager in a large company. I need to be talking direct to this programmer. That's why I prefer a freelancer.
I will need several jobs doing. Sometimes I will just want some advice on things, because I will be doing some of the work setting up some websites. Othertimes I will want some PHP code writing to perform different functions.
You must be able to write good, clean, PHP code, and good clean, standards-compliant SEO code.
Your tasks for this first bid will be:
1: to give me some advice on setting up the html/css for a website. I will probably use a template, and I just want simple advice on any modifications I might need to make to the template to ensure it is SEO compliant, to add in Google ads, to make sure it will be able to accommodate future modifications that I will want, and to ensure it can accommodate the following item:
2: I will want you to produce a piece of code that I can put in the above template, and that will allow me to easily upload articles to the site.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
3: I also want to introduce a feature to the above website, whereby writers of articles can upload their articles easily to my website, and can take a share of the revenue from Google ads - that share of revenue should be from ad clicks on the same page that their article appears. I want advice on whether this feature is a much bigger thing than item 2, because if it is, I might not do this item 3 to begin with - I might do only item 2, and then add this item 3 in, in a couple of months.
Thanks for bidding.
