Add fields to allow posting of affiliate links to coupon site PHP/MySQL

I need a coupon site modified so that I can upload affiliate deal or coupon feeds from Commission Junction, Google Affiliate, Linkshare, Share-a-sale, and private affiliate programs. Please do not bid on this job if you do not have strong experience in modifying existing scripts. This will require the following: A. Must be able to display the product image from a URL such as [[login to view URL]][1],250,1,0,0 B. Must both call the tracking image if needed and open the Buy URL in a new window when the visitor clicks the "Clip Coupon" icon on the coupon display Sample URL [[login to view URL]][2] C. Must insert the feed's keywords into an existing keyword field, truncating if the feed's keyword length exceeds that of the existing field. D. Must be able to resize images so as not to exceed the site's (currently 250x250) image size restriction. E. Although most of these will be uploaded directly to the database, I would like a page created where I can add them manually. I would like past work samples. This modification must include complete descriptive comments in the source code. Must be willing to guarantee this modification after acceptance for an agreed upon length of time after I've accepted it.
