AUCTION WEBSITE W/ LOTS OF PICTURES AND VIDEO.

This will be an auction website. It will? have an? auction? template like ebay and the design should very similar to [login to view URL] (We will call that webpage [login to view URL]) [login to view URL] has pictures on the left side going down. My website should have pictures going down the left side. [login to view URL] has a big picture just left of the center of the page. My website should allow for a picture (or video) just left of center. On [login to view URL] to the right of the big picture, there are is a description of the lady. On My website, we will also have a description in that area. Unlike I also want to the benefits of the service on the top above the big picture. I will need about 2 inches of room for that. In that same area at the time, just above the big picture and to the left, I’d like to see a button that says Sellers Register Here! This will take them to the registration form mentioned later. There should also be a search field in that same general area above the picture. On [login to view URL], there are buttons on the far right side of the page. The first button says My Additional Pictures, the second Come See me in Barranquilla, the third Write Me Now!, the forth Send Flowers, the fifth, Call me now. My website will instead have 5 sentences that say: Step 1: Register (this will be an actual button) like on [login to view URL], and Buyer may not bid until registered. Step 2: Place Bid Step 3: Write Down Order Number and Access Code Step 4: Provide Seller Order Number Step 5: Provide Seller Access Code On [login to view URL] on the far right side, it says Add Claudia to Hot List. Additionally when a seller logs in to their acct they must have a special area that shows two fields like these [ ] [ ]. Underneath the first field it should say validate confirmation number. Once they enter in a buyers confirmation number into the first field, they should receive a message saying this number is Valid. It should also provide the buyers Username. When the seller enters in the buyers access code. They should receive a message that says Confirmed! If a false confirmation number or access code is entered, then the message should say Invalid! Sellers will also have the ability to create and send a brief instant email to all those who previously placed a bid on the sellers previous auctions. (Please also enable them to send an? sms if possible.)? Seller will also be able to choose a reverse bid option. Reverse bid Allows Seller to put in a beginning price, and Buyers place bids lower then the beginning price. The lowest price by the ending time and date Wins! When the auction is a reverse auction, these words must be indicated in bold and in a visible place. Buyers who register and login to their account will only have the ability to use the filter, select a photo, and a place bid. If they have the highest bid in the auction by the ending time, they win. They should see a message stating they've Won!? I'd also like to allow successful bidders the ability to pay right on the website using a paypal* "donate" button. They should also be sent an email. The email will provide both a confirmation number and Access Code if they won. It will also have a paypal? "donate" button. (Alternatively, it would be great if the confirmation, access code, and? donate button? can appear on the screen after the buyer has won.) After payment is complete, winning bidder and seller will be? sent each others usernames and phone numbers...and the winner will also? receive seller address. The site needs an email to a friend button. This can go under the auction order template. I can be flexible on some things. ? Will grant bonus for an outstanding job.? I will grant additional time when needed as long as progress is being made.? ? ? BTW: I'll? need an admin tool which allows to add delete filters, users, modify terms of service, benefits, and cancel auctions.
