Prestashop Import Module

I am looking for experienced Prestashop developers ONLY. I want an Import Module created (it must be a module) - it has to cover the following : 1 - The import of ICECAT product data via xml (automated to update every night) 2 - The import of Supplier ftp price/stock feeds (these will be a mixture of xml, txt, csv) (automated to update every night) The import module must be able to do the following : 1 - Normalise the multiple Supplier feeds (there will be approx 12 suppliers and some suppliers sell the same items) 2 - Parse the normalised Supplier feeds with the ICECAT data to create the webstore product/price catalogue. If you have previous experience with Icecat and supplier feeds it will be an advantage. If you are unclear on any aspect then please feel free to ask questions.
