What I need is to mine info from several web site and place it on my database so visitors to my web site are able to search specific criteria and view results on my website. I need for them to register and get password before accessing the database. They need to be able to save their favorite homes and come back to them next time they visit. The database should update on a regular basis by mining info from the same websites as before. I need to set up a way to accept payment for services renderd. I'd like to accept visa and m/c. I can provide more detail later. I'm open to any fair suggstions as far as cost. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Will need advise on this.
