cPanel add-on - IP address assigning

We are in need of a coder that is familiar with the following: 1 - cPanel 2 - [login to view URL] 3 - DNS Zone files Will be working mainly in the RedHat environment with cPanel. Scope of work: Needing an addition / hack to cPanel where the user that is assigned IPs within his / her account when setting new domains in his or her WHM or inside cPanel. Where this hack will need to go to the following locations and make modifications to the files on the server to properly work. /usr/local/apache/conf/[login to view URL] and the Zone file for this domain that would be located on our servers accordingly and standard as: /var/named/[login to view URL] Where it will do the following to each file stated above: "EDITING THE [login to view URL] FILE" The script/hack will go through the [login to view URL] file and find the domain that's being edited or given an IP address for and change the VirtualHost as such: "EDITING THE Zone file on the server accordingly" Where it will go thru the customers zone file and edit the IP addresses that's currently there and redo it with the new IP address. Notes: - As this script/hack will need to find the IPaddresses assigned to their account as well. - Ability to send out after it's done to restarting the apache webserver by sending a command /etc/init.d/httpd restart after assigning a new IP address. - We will be using our servers to test this on once the script is ready to go. Good luck and fair bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
