cPanel Emails Administration Module

We need a Administration Panel for cPanel based email accounts to allow users to login and manage their email accounts. Although there's a panel in cPanel but we need an independent/standalone admin panel for email accounts. The admin panel may use the functions/api of cPanel on the backend. Please bid if you've already done it or have thorough knowledge of it.
