Develop a Local Classified and Forums system

We are looking for a company who can develop & design a local classified system. A place where people can post their product for sale, ads of their service, company can post their job advertisements and at other end visitor or seekers can Search, Reply these ads for free. Communication channel can be either through our System or through Direct based on ad posted by person. We also need payment gateway integration with this system where Person at some areas needs to pay to post ad, job. We need PayPal and PayFlow Pro as payment gateway. We are looking to develop this platform in PHP5 using MySql 5+ at backend and other technologies like Ajax (widely use), XML, DHTML, HTML and other useful technologies which makes the site look very professional and better client side navigation. Recommend knowledge of Sphinx 0.9.10 full text search engine.
