Cron - Auto Responder Fix

We just changed servers and my auto-responder system isn't working anymore for some reason. Two things: ============= -Cron is not reading properly. The auto-responders send the first message and then that is it, nothing. -I need to be able to create other responders, but it will not allow me to.
