Convert From Access to WebBased DB

I have an Access Database that I would like to convert to a web based DB. This DB has over 14,000 records, multiple queries, and a few different tables. My main reason for wanting to convert to web based is because I will also need help creating a couple of PERL scraping scripts, which will take information in my database and cross reference a few websites for information to be added to my DB for each record. I would like to also make the DB more efficient and user-friendly. I will need the DB to export certain queries to MS Excel. This site will be used for PERSONAL USE ONLY, and will not be sold commercially. Main Tasks: -Convert from Access to MySQL -Perl Script to scrape/collect info for certain records (newer records) -Spiff up DB ??" user-friendly / efficient Thank You ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working MySQL DB in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. *Help impliment with my Web Host b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
