I have an Excel Program/ workbook that I need to convert to a 1) Web Based program that is a downloadable and a subscription based web program. Not using Excel but a program on it's own. I have a partial beginning to this program I believe to be in php and I like the basic look of this. However I do not know if there is a better way to program this Also - needed 2) A cd physical version of this program that is a little different than the web based version that has a single user key code for every cd copied.
