Captcha Setup for Windows and Unix

We are looking for a captcha check that will work with both a windows and unix server. It needs to rotate at least 3 different captcha images. It needs to integrate with our existing forms that are sent through ASP and FORMMAIL. The pages the forms are on are .html files and the form has to work with this. When applying for this job, please let us know how you would do this and if it's possible to use the same captcha code/script for both windows and unix. Also, we will send you an example of our form and post page for you to work with, but you will not have access to our server.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working captcha checkers for both windows and unix servers
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, complete with instructions on how to set it up on our server to run with our existing forms.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
