Banner Marketing Network Script

I would like a clone of this site [login to view URL] I need the site to display 5 banners and each time a new member joins on either our home page or any other member's page the site is replicated. The New Replicated site would have a URL of http://www.(ourdomainname)/username and their banner goes to number 1 position and 4 move down and one banner moves off the page. To work as follows: Main Site/Home Page 1. Display 5 Banners that can be changed within the Admin Area 2. Member's Login 3. Sign Up/Info Page (I will add content) Member's Area 1. Login Page 2. Update Details a) Change Banner with following fields - Url of link: & Url of the image: b) Hyperlink Link (to appear under banner) c) Hyperlink Text d) Display link to Personal Site Any update to banner/links will automatically be updated across their network 3.
