Automatic Torrent Upload System (1340367)

Hello Im looking for linux based automatic torrent upload system which can work with the Tbdev tracker and any torrent client. The system will watch a directory on server 1 for new downloaded folders then create a .torrent file automatically for the new folders, maybe with mktorrent. Then login to my tracker(server 2) and upload the .torrent file into the correct category using the nfo as description. The newly created .torrent file with the users passkey will be moved back to the other server maybe with rsync (cron job) to start seeding on server 1. This system must be fully automatic.
