Level 2 tech @ GreenGeeks (cPanel hosting company), deal with similar issues on daily basis for years; though our servers are a little bit different from GoDaddy's, Linux is Linux and I' pretty sure I'm able to quickly find appropriate solution(s) if you have SSH access and Prestashop php error log and domain access log accessible and being recorded properly, and if there is access to the webserver log I can give you additional guarantee (as far as I'm aware asking GoDaddy support team to parse the webserver log for your domain/username is not something their clients can do unlike the smaller hosting companies' clients can, GoDaddy is famous for lack of support and high automation which anyway might allow access to the Apache or whatever else webserver's they are running log from your control panel - sorry not sure, never had a chance to study GoDaddy control panel though did certain quick things for clients through it multiple times).
