Development of Mijoshop-/Opencart-Extension for managing Order-,Invoice-,Dunning-Processes

We want to extend Mijoshop (= Joomla-Extension to integrate Opencart in Joomla) to integrate our processes of order-, invoice-, dunning-management. This is a rough outline of the requirements, which will need further refinement. See also the attached PDF. Requirements: Backend: - Invoices -- We want to be able to create invoices for customers directly in the backend. -- Invoice-Positions (products, services etc.) --- can be added to an invoice --- can be a subscription (start-date, end-date, recurring) --- can be freely modified (every field: text, currency, amount, dates etc.) --- can have a discount (must be visible in separate column per position) --- can contain positions of multiple currencies (tax and currency-totals must be easily visi-ble) --- Send as Email -- Export to PDF -- WIR-support: Switzerland has a second special currency, called WIR. One speciality is that Taxes/VAT is handled in CHF. --- It must be possible to add invoice positions in WIR-Currency --- Taxes/VAT must be displayed in CHF (regular swiss currency) --- These must be easily visible in the invoices. - Reminders -- We want to manage reminders/dunning processes in the backend. -- For due invoices, it must be possible to send reminders to customers -- Number of reminders and payment deadlines must be configurable (i.e. 1. Reminder = 30 days to pay; 2. Reminder = 15 days to pay, 3. Reminder = 5 days) -- This information can be added to an invoice and also each field be overridden there. -- Per invoice: A dunning block must be configurable per invoice (with a given end date) -- Per customer: dunning levels can be configured, i.e. if customer received 3 reminders (3. Re-minder = final notice) last year, send only 2 this year (2. Reminder = final notice) - Maintenance contracts / Subscriptions -- It must be possible to create maintenance contracts / subscriptions (valid for a time period; re-curring) -- Maintenance contracts are added to a customer and contain recurring products/services -- The same requirements as for invoices apply here too. - Products / Services -- Products / services can be created with a certain time period -- These products can be added as positions to invoices, maintenance contracts and are recurring - Customers -- Payment deadlines can be configured per customer -- Discounts are possible per customer also which must be visibile separately in invoices and doc-uments - Reporting -- It must be easily visible, which invoices and positions are due for a given time period (i.e. per month from x to y) -- a sales report can be created for a given period -- various filters can be set -- reporting views can be exported to Excel - Dashboard -- If a created invoice / maintenance contract is due it must be visible in a dashboard, ready for verification and to be sent to a customer via email or printed Frontend: - Customers -- Have a nice looking dashboard -- Can view their (due) invoices / maintenance contracts / reminders -- Can use MijoSHOP payment processes to pay
