Custom id for Suitecrm (sugarcrm) module

SugarCRM (SuiteCRM) project 1. I need a script that gives a special ID (number) to a poolbeamer; this ID is based on 3 parts First part: ### (1-999): the account ID field (autonumber); an ID number of a school Second part: #### (1-9999): the postal code field of a department of that school (custom module); a school can have multiple departments in different cities/ postal codes Third part: # (1-9): the number of the poolcar (ID field autonumber) of the poolbeamer module. A department can have multiple poolbeamers So the special ID of the classroom is could be 101-2000-3 This means that the item is related to account 101 (eg School 'High college'), 2000 (the postal code eg 'Brussels'), 3 (the third poolbeamer of that school) 2. An easy way to search a beamer; full number search (101-2000-3), or partial search (eg. when entering 101, I should see all beamers of that account. When I narrow search tot 101-2000 I should see all beamers of a specific department postal code of that account (1-9) 3. I want to implement it myself in my Suitecrm install (hosted). So instructions/ code should be deliverable)
