I hope you will give me the "green" signal to work with you on your project :) As we will use a pre-built Bootstrap template for the software, my bid is for coding the functionalities described in the doc. I can deliver the project within the time proposed. No upfront payment required, just deposit the full project amount in Escrow and release it when I complete the job and you are satisfied with it. Or you could also deposit Escrow amounts as I complete the milestones mentioned, whichever is preferable to you. I would develop the website on my server, and because its a short duration project, you would be able to check updates on an everyday basis. I understand that you need a site to manage article writing assignments that you give to writers. The project is very doable. Scope of work as I understand: Admin login, logout, change password Add available article writing assignments, assign them to one or more writers or leave them open Add deadline, keywords, custom labels, priority and other details Review submitted articles and edit, approve etc. Search through articles (please specify the search criteria) Article writers login (do they need to register or you create their accounts?) See available articles and take them up See articles assigned to them Write articles and submit Edit articles View comments, notes from admin and edit Word count and spell check is available in WYSIWYG editor that we use but we need to check if its in free or paid version. What will the other pages be - about ? As you can see, I have understood and can deliver as required. I would like to discuss some finer details (online here will help).
